Buying your first home can be a very stressful time, but thanks to Darrne Martel's confident and cheerful personality he put us at ease and made buying our first home one of the most exciting times in our lives. Because of Darren's honesty, dedication and professional attitude my husband and I did not hesitate to call Darren when we we ready to sell and move up to our dream house. I always pictured myself married with a couple of kids running around in a beautiful bungalow with a big back yard, well guess what, thanks to Darren Martel that's exactly what I have! As we were relocating to a different part of Canada we were referenced to Darren by a person within our company. Doing a relocation can be easy or challenging depending upon where you are going to, where you are coming from and what the current market conditions are. We were moving into into a very challenging market which meant a lot of time was needed to find us both an area and a house that would meet our needs. Darren spent a lot of time with us to find the house we eventually purchased. That included giving up personal events he had already planned, juggling the rest of his calendar and always making sure that we were looked after. If you need someone to do this for you I would have no problem at all recommending Darren. He also has a personality that keeps you from getting down when you think you are never going to find what you are looking for!
